How do I properly care for my Fascina products?

Carrying & Storage

  • Only put on jewelry after applying makeup, moisturizer, and perfume. This way, you avoid residues that can damage the jewelry.
  • Remove jewelry when exercising, showering, swimming, sunbathing, or doing housework. Moisture, sweat, and chemicals can damage the surface or cause discoloration.
  • Storage: Store your jewelry in a dry place, away from light, and separate from other items, such as a soft pouch or jewelry box. This will prevent scratches and tarnishing.

  • Clean gently and regularly: Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, abrasives, or ultrasonic devices! These can damage the coating or stones.

Special instructions for jewelry with pearls or crystals

  • Clean pearl jewelry only with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Never soak in water or treat with soap. Pearls are sensitive to chemicals and moisture.
  • Also, treat jewelry with stones or crystals gently and do not soak them. It's best to clean with a soft cloth.

General tips

  • Avoid heat, moisture and direct sunlight when storing and carrying.
  • Wipe it down briefly after each wear – this will keep the jewelry shiny and beautiful for longer.

Order & Payment

How can I order from Fascina?

You select your desired products in the online shop and place them in your shopping cart. Then, you complete the ordering process, enter your address and payment details, and place a binding order. Upon successful completion, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please note that changes or cancellations to your order are no longer possible after submission, as processing begins immediately.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Fascina offers various payment options, including credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, advance payment, Klarna, and, in some cases, purchase on account. The available payment methods will be displayed during the ordering process. Payment is usually made immediately after ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

It is no longer possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed, as the packaging and processing process begins immediately upon receipt of the order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

First, the processing time of 1-3 business days for order confirmation, customization, quality control and packaging.

For personalized items, an additional production time of 2-5 business days is required.

This is followed by the shipping time from our international shipping center: to Germany 3-8 working days, to Austria 4-9 working days and to America 5-10 working days.

Please note that peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday or Valentine's Day may cause delays, as processing and shipping times may be longer during these times and customs delays may occur.

How much does shipping cost?

Regular shipping costs are a flat rate of €2.99. We offer free shipping on orders over €29.

Returns & Exchanges

How does the return process work at Fascina?

As a customer in the Fascina online shop, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. This applies to all standard products, except for custom-made or customized items, which are exempt from the right of cancellation.

How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

  • You must expressly declare your cancellation to Fascina, for example, by email. Simply returning the goods without comment is not sufficient.
  • An informal declaration with your order details and a reference to the cancellation is sufficient.
  • After the cancellation, please return the goods within the deadline and enclose the return form with the shipment.

How much does the return cost?

The buyer shall bear the costs of return.

When will I get my money back?

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded within 10 days using the original payment method. This is provided that you have declared the cancellation and returned the goods within the specified time limit.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Hygiene products, sealed goods after opening

Customer account & data protection

Do I have to create a customer account?

No, you can also order as a guest. However, a customer account offers advantages such as an order overview and a faster ordering process.

How is my data protected?

Your data will be treated confidentially in accordance with GDPR and will not be passed on to third parties.
