How long does shipping take?

The margin for deliveries consists of two components:

1. Processing time ( 1-3 working days* ):
Order confirmation, customization, quality control, packaging. Personalized items require an additional production time of 2-5 business days* .

2. Shipping time:
The time from our international fulfillment center to the delivery address. After the item is picked up from the warehouse , it takes :

- Germany 4-9 working days**
- Austria 5-10 working days**
- America 5-10 working days**

* Peak times excluded.
** All shipping times do not include customs and duty delays , nor do they include peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day. Processing and shipping delays may occur around these dates.

How much does shipping cost?

Regular shipping costs are a flat rate of €2.99. We offer free shipping on orders over €29.

 

Please note that once an order has been placed , it cannot be changed or canceled , as the packaging and processing process begins immediately upon receipt of the order .
